The apartments are owned by a Bulgarian company administered by Danes (Denmark). All the apartments are of high Danish standard. Several of the apartments are owned by Scandinavians, and the neighboring building – a small hotel – is owned by a Bulgarian who has lived in Norway for 12 years. Primorsko is popular among Scandinavians during the holidays.
